Numbered tickets, from elementary school student and up to 22 years old (as of March 31, 2024), Limited to 2 tickets per application.
- If you win two tickets, your accompanying person will also be subject to the same age limit, so please be careful when applying for tickets.
- 43 TICKET purchasers and accompanying persons will be asked to confirm their age at the time of admission.
Please note that those over 23 years of age will not be admitted. - Please have photo identification (My number card, passport, driver's license, etc.) or two documents ready that confirm the name and date of birth the purchaser and the accompanying person.
- 43 TICKET will not be accepted for international residents.
- No refund can be made after tickets purchase. (except for the case that the performance is postponed or cancelled)
- Only "Digital tickets" issued via a smartphone with a registered domestic phone number (excluding IP phones) are only accepted.
If you apply and win the ticket, you and your companion are required to bring your own smartphone on the day of the performance. We do not provide a separate reception service for those who do not have a domestic mobile phone number or a smart phone.
If you live outside Japan, please apply for "OVERSEAS THE ONE PREORDER(LOTTERY)" - Reserved seat number or ticket number will be announced on the ticket screen at 12:00 noon on the day of the performance.

Important Notice
- Merchandise sales at the venue are available only to those with tickets for the day's show. Please be prepared to present your ticket for the day's show at the merchandise booth.
- When purchasing Okinawa collaboration merchandise, age verification will be conducted at the sales counter. Please bring a valid form of identification that can verify your age, such as a my number card (notification card not accepted), driver's license, health insurance card, pension book, pension certificate, passport, various welfare books, residence card, basic resident register card, or taspo card.
- Copies, photographs, or expired IDs, as well as student IDs, are not acceptable.
- Alcohol will not be sold to those who cannot verify that they are over the age of 20.
- Please note that drinking alcohol beverages is prohibited within the concert venue premises, both inside and outside.
- Sales times and locations may change depending on the day's circumstances.
- In unforeseen circumstances, sales lineup may change and/or sales may be temporarily suspended or canceled.
- There is no purchase limit for Okinawa collaboration merchandise. For all other merchandise, the purchase limit is 1 piece per item per transaction, including items of different sizes.
- We prepare merchandise for each show, but inventory quantity is limited; sales end as soon as they sell out.
- Payment can be made by cash, credit card, electronic money (transportation system electronic money/iD/Rakuten Edy/WAON/nanaco/QUICPay), and code payment (LINE Pay/PayPay/d payment/au PAY/merpay/bank Pay/WeChat Pay/Alipay).
- Depending on the signal/reception condition at the venue, credit card, electronic money, and code payment may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to change the payment method to cash.
- Please make sure to verify the item, size, quantity, change, etc. when you make the purchase. We will not be able to respond to any inquires after you have left the merchandise booth.
- Please note that returns or exchanges, except for defective items, are not accepted. If item is defective, please contact the staff at the merchandise booth at the day of purchase.
NOTICE
- In case you do not have your digital ticket (smartphone) with you for any reason, such as lost, stolen, or left it behind, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
- It is strictly prohibited to resell tickets to a third party for any reason.
In the event that resale is revealed, both the seller and the purchaser will be denied admission to the venue on the day of the performance, or will be immediately ejected from the venue. - To ensure the safety of the performance, please be aware that security checks by metal detector will be conducted at the time of admission.
Please bring only what is necessary for admission.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in carrying only the minimum amount of baggage necessary for the event. - For this performance, "HAPPY MOSH'SH PIT (All standing)" will be provided in the "MOSH'SH PIT (All standing)".
"MOSH'SH PIT (All standing)" is designed for those who are not physically confident, those with small children, and female audience members, etc. - For safety reasons, please refrain from visiting the venue after consuming alcohol.
