■On-Site Venue Sales
Merchandise sales at the venue will be conducted using a GPS-based digital queue ticket system, which can only be accessed after arriving at the venue and is available exclusively to those with a ticket for the show on that day.
<Digital Queue Ticket System>
◎ Eligible Participants: Those holding a ticket for the performance on the day.
◎ How to Obtain:
-Available via the website from 12:00 PM on the day of the show, after arriving at the venue.
-Please ensure your smartphone's GPS/location services are turned ON.
-A!-ID and A!Quick Order membership registration (free) is required. Advance registration is recommended.
◎ Usage Rules:
-First-come, first-served basis for each designated slot.
-One digital ticket per person, valid for one-time use only.
◎ Entry Instructions:
-Once your designated entry slot arrives, a QR will appear on your digital ticket. Please proceed to the merchandise entrance.
◎ Important Notes:
-Screenshots of the digital ticket will not be accepted.
-Self-formed queues among customers will not be recognized.
-Both your digital queue ticket and show ticket will be checked at the merchandise entrance.
-Entry times may vary significantly depending on crowd conditions, or the ticketing system may be suspended.
-Transferring or reselling the digital ticket is strictly prohibited.
