FOX TICKET（All standing）
Numbered tickets, from elementary school student and up to 22 years old (as of May 31, 2024), Limited to 2 tickets per application.
- If you win two tickets, your accompanying person will also be subject to the same age limit, so please be careful when applying for tickets.
- FOX TICKET purchasers and accompanying persons will be asked to confirm their age at the time of admission.
Please note that those over 23 years of age will not be admitted. - Please have photo identification (My number card, passport, driver's license, etc.) or two documents ready that confirm the name and date of birth the purchaser and the accompanying person.
- FOX TICKET will not be accepted for international residents.
- No refund can be made after tickets purchase. (except for the case that the performance is postponed or cancelled)
- Only "Digital tickets" issued via a smartphone with a registered domestic phone number (excluding IP phones) are only accepted.
- If you apply and win the ticket, you and your companion are required to bring your own smartphone on the day of the performance.

Merchandise Booth outside the Saitama Super Arena
Important Notice
- Merchandise sales at the venue are available only to those with tickets for the day's show. Please be prepared to present your ticket at the merchandise booth’s entrance.
- Sales hours and locations may change depending on the situation on the day. Additionally, due to unavoidable circumstances, the sales lineup may change, sales may be temporarily suspended or canceled, or the waiting line may be closed.
- For “FOX_FEST” / BABYMETAL / METALVERSE Merchandise, purchase limit is up to “1” per item for each transaction.
- Quantities are limited. Sales will end once the stock prepared for each show day is sold out.
- Payment can be made by cash, credit card, electronic money (transportation system electronic money/iD/Rakuten Edy/WAON/nanaco/QUICPay), and code payment (LINE Pay/PayPay/d payment/au PAY/merpay/bank Pay/WeChat Pay/Alipay). Please check your balance and make sure you have enough money charged in advance as there will not be any location to recharge at the merchandise booth.
- Depending on the signal/reception condition at the venue, credit card, electronic money, and code payment may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to change the payment method to cash.
- Please check the purchased items, sizes, quantities, and change on the spot. We will not be able to respond to any inquires after you have left the merchandise booth.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted except for defective items. If item is defective, please contact the staff at the merchandise booth on the day.
- In case you do not have your digital ticket (smartphone) with you for any reason, such as lost, stolen, or left it behind, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
- It is strictly prohibited to resell tickets to a third party for any reason.
In the event that resale is revealed, both the seller and the purchaser will be denied admission to the venue on the day of the performance, or will be immediately ejected from the venue. - To ensure the safety of the performance, please be aware that security checks by metal detector will be conducted at the time of admission.
Please bring only what is necessary for admission.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in carrying only the minimum amount of baggage necessary for the event. - For this performance, "HAPPY MOSH'SH PIT (All standing)" will be provided in the "MOSH'SH PIT (All standing)".
"HAPPY MOSH'SH PIT (All standing)" is designed for those who are not physically confident, those with small children, and female audience members, etc. - For safety reasons, please refrain from visiting the venue after consuming alcohol.
