How To Join "THE ONE Discord" Exclusive Channels

*Be sure to read the "Rules" and "Terms of Service" beforehand.

1. Acquire "THE ONE ID - 2025"

   Get your "THE ONE ID - 2025".
   For registration with "THE ONE", click here.
   For issuance of "THE ONE ID - 2025", click here.
   

   • "THE ONE ID - 2025" is a registration benefit for "THE ONE".

2. Create a Discord account and download the app (※No registration or usage fees)

   Create a Discord account and verify your email address or phone number (※) to use Discord. It is recommended to use the app for Discord.
   If you already have an account, proceed to STEP3.

   • If you create a temporary account without verifying your email or phone number, you won't be able to log back in once you log out, and if you have connected A Wallet to the temporary account, you won't be able to access the limited channels when you log back in. If you have mistakenly connected A Wallet to a temporary account, please disconnect it on the A Wallet management page and link it to a new Discord account that is not a temporary one.

3. Access "THE ONE Discord" and link with "A Wallet".

   • Access "THE ONE Discord" and make sure to read the content of the "rule" channel, then press the agreement stamp. After agreeing, "nft-gate" channels will be available to view.

     • "THE ONE Discord" itself is accessible to anyone, but exclusive channels can only be accessed by those who have "THE ONE ID - 2025".
     • "THE ONE ID" for 2024 will not be able to access "THE ONE - 2025" exclusive channels.
     • It will open sequentially from 0:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, and will be available until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 1.
     
   THE ONE Discord
   

   • After agreeing, click on the URL in the "nft-gate" channel that appears.

     
     • For the smartphone version, tap the arrow in the upper left corner to display the channel list.
     
     

   • Follow the instructions to link your Discord account and "A Wallet" account.

   • Upon returning to the channel list, "THE ONE Discord" exclusive channel for 2025 will be displayed under "nft-gate" channel.

“THE ONE Discord” Rules

Important Notes

• Before using “THE ONE Discord” (the “Server”, and hereinafter, the term "the Server" also includes each channel, except where otherwise expressly provided), you must carefully read these “‘THE ONE Discord’ Rules” (these “Rules”) prescribed by Kulture Inc. (“Kulture” or “We”), as well as “DISCORD’S TERMS OF SERVICE” and “DISCORD COMMUNITY GUIDELINES”.
• You are qualified to use an exclusive channel (the “Exclusive Cannel”), in the Server, that is available only to holders (“You”) of certain NFT(s) specified by Kulture (the “NFT”). You shall become disqualified to use the Exclusive Channel if You no longer hold the NFT or if We deem Your use of the Exclusive Channel or the Server to be inappropriate due to Your violations of these Rules or for other reasons.
• You shall be deemed to grant Kulture and Amuse Inc. (collectively “Kulture, etc.”) non-exclusive and royalty-free licenses for intellectual property rights, including copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act of Japan; hereinafter the same) that may arise from or in connection with any posts, reaction, content, or ideas (collectively, “posts, etc.”) made or posted by You in the Server, without compensation, at the time of display/publication of the posts, etc. on the Exclusive Channel, for Kulture, etc. to use, in any form whatsoever including but not limited to sublicensing the same to third parties, posts, etc., including but not limited to use in the Server, without limitation as to the jurisdictions or duration of such use.
• Kulture may, at its discretion, allow You to post a content(s) related to the image or likeness of BABYMETAL created by You only within the Exclusive Channel. In this case, You are only allowed to post the same within the Exclusive Channel and are not allowed to post any other content related to it in any other forum (including other Discord’s channel, or on the internet).
• You shall be responsible for all consequences of Your participation/use in and using the Server. Kulture, etc. takes no responsibility for any and all of Your act conducted within the Server or the outcome of that act. Furthermore, if You are a minor, You must obtain the consent of a person with parental authority, guardian, or other custodian (“Person With Parental Authority”) when using the Server, and it shall be deemed that the consent of Your Person With Parental Authority has been obtained under laws applicable to You at the time of the use of the Server. In that case, the Person With Parental Authority shall be deemed to have consented to the contents of these Rules and the use of the Server at the time of Your use of the Server.
• Kulture may, at its discretion, discontinue to operate or make public or modify the Exclusive Channel, or temporarily close or permanently terminate the Server at any time without notice.
• Kulture, etc. may, at its discretion, delete Your posts, etc., remove Your account from the Server, or take other action without notice in the event that, in Kulture, etc.’s judgement, You have engaged in any of laws and regulations or these Rules such as infringing on the trademark, copyright, or publicity rights of any third party, or that Kulture, etc. deems it appropriate to do so for any other reason. Furthermore, Kulture may, at its discretion, also amend these Rules as necessary.

Prohibited Acts

• You shall be to obligated to respect one another and shall not engage in any of the following items or any act that is likely to constitute any of those acts; otherwise, Kulture may, at its discretion, delete Your posts, etc., ban Your account from the Server, or take other action without notice:
  • Criminal acts, acts in violation of laws and regulations, or acts offensive to public order and morals;
  • Interfering with Kulture’s operation of the Exclusive Channel and the Server;
  • Any act that defames or slanders others or specific companies, or infringes the privacy of others;
  • Marketing, advertising, political or religious solicitation, etc. using the Exclusive Channel;
  • Sexual, obscene, violent, insulting, or discriminatory speech or behavior that causes others to feel discomfort;
  • Posting information by which one can identify a specific individual (including the case where You post Your personal information);
  • Any act to introduce computer viruses or other harmful programs into the Exclusive Channel or the Server;
  • Any act to infringe on the rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of, others;
  • Any act with a view to selling or transferring tickets (whether with or without consideration);
  • Acts that Kulture or Discord deems inappropriate.
• You shall not disclose, divulge, reproduce, posts, etc. made or posted by Kulture, etc. or others on the Exclusive Channel to any third party or outside the Server without Kulture, etc.’s consent.
• Kulture prohibits Your participation in the Server if You fall under or are related to antisocial forces.
• You shall not post on the Server any links related to any Discord servers other than the Server.
• You may not photograph or video-/audio-record performances (regardless of whether the performer is BABYMETAL) of which photographing or recording is prohibited and may not post, in this channel, any content (whether photographs or movies) that comes from photographing or recording against such prohibition.

“THE ONE DISCORD”
TERMS OF USE

• “THE ONE DISCORD” (the “Server”, and hereinafter, the term "the Server" also includes each channel, except where otherwise expressly provided) is a server, which is a digital space, consisting of different types of channels administered by Kulture Inc. (“Kulture” or “We”), that brings those (each such person, a “Member” or “You”) who support BABYMETAL. You must hold certain NFT(s) specified by Kulture (the “NFT”) to use an exclusive channel (the “Exclusive Cannel”), in the Server, that is available only to holders of the NFT.
• You may become disqualified to use the Server if You no longer hold the NFT such as when You have transferred it to a third party, or if We deem Your use of the Exclusive Channel or the Server to be inappropriate due to Your violations of “‘THE ONE DISCORD’ TERMS OF USE”(these “Terms of Use”) or rules established by Kulture, or for other reasons. In such case, You shall not make any claim against Kulture for compensation for damages or expenses, refund of the purchase price of the NFT, or any other claims.
• You shall be deemed to have agreed that any posts, reaction, content, or ideas (collectively, “posts, etc.”) made or posted by You in the Server may remain displayed or publicly viewable after You cease to be able to use the Exclusive Channel. It is hereby expressly noted that Kulture does not owe an obligation to delete Your posts, etc. or to continue to have them publicly viewable except where Kulture is obliged to do so under applicable law.
• You shall be deemed to grant Kulture and Amuse Inc. (collectively “Kulture, etc.”) non-exclusive and royalty-free licenses for intellectual property rights, including copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act of Japan, hereinafter the same), that may arise from or in connection with any posts, etc. made or posted by You in the Server, without compensation, at the time of display/publication of the posts, etc. on the Exclusive Channel, for Kulture, etc. to use, in any form whatsoever including but not limited to sublicensing the same to third parties, posts, etc., including but not limited to use in the Server, without limitation as to the jurisdictions or duration of such use.
• You shall be deemed to represent and warrant that You do not fall under or are related to antisocial forces and that You do not have any business or other socially reprehensible relationships with such forces.
• If You are a minor, You must obtain the consent of a person with parental authority, guardian, or other custodian (“Person With Parental Authority”) when using the Server, and it shall be deemed that the consent of Your Person With Parental Authority has been obtained under laws applicable to You at the time of the use of the Server. In that case, the Person With Parental Authority shall be deemed to have consented to the contents of these Terms of Use and the use of the Server at the time of Your use of the Server.
• These Terms of Use, as well as “DISCORD’S TERMS OF SERVICE” and “DISCORD COMMUNITY GUIDELINES”, apply to You who use the Server.
• Kulture may, at its discretion, amend these Terms of Use as necessary without notice to You by making these amended Terms of Use displayed on the channel for announcements. However, if that amendment shall have a significant adverse impact on You, We shall give notice of the amendment at least one business day before the amendment comes into effect (a “business day” refers to a day, other than Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays, on which commercial banks in Japan generally conduct ordinary banking businesses).

Prohibited Acts

• You shall not disclose, divulge, reproduce, posts, etc. or any other data (including messages, pictures, footage, movies, or audio data) made or posted by Kulture or the other Members in the Server to any third party or outside the Server without Kulture’s consent.
• You shall not engage in any of the following items or any act that is likely to constitute any of those acts:
  • Criminal acts, acts in violation of laws and regulations, or acts offensive to public order and morals;
  • Interfering with Kulture’s operation of the Exclusive Channel and the Server;
  • Any act that defames or slanders Kulture and others (including other Members, BABYMETAL, the parent company of Kulture, subsidiaries (other than Kulture) of the parent company of Kulture and business partners of these companies including Kulture, hereinafter the same), damages the reputation or credibility of, or infringes on the privacy of, any of the above-mentioned parties;
  • Marketing, advertising, political or religious solicitation, etc. using the Server;
  • Sexual, obscene, violent, insulting, or discriminatory speech or behavior that causes others to feel discomfort;
  • Posting information that can identify a specific individual (including the case You post Your own personal information);
  • Any act to introduce computer viruses or other harmful programs into the Exclusive Channel or the Server;
  • Any act to infringe on the rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of, Kulture or others;
  • Any act with a view to selling or transferring tickets (whether with or without consideration);
  • Acts that Kulture or Discord deem inappropriate.
• Kulture, etc. may, at its discretion, delete Your posts, etc., remove Your account from the Server, or take other action in the event that, in Kulture, etc.’s judgement, You have engaged in any of the prohibited acts specified in the preceding paragraph, or that Kulture, etc. deems it appropriate to do so for any other reason.
• Kulture reserves the right to terminate or restrict the Your use of the Server or access to the Exclusive Channel at any time without prior notice to You and without incurring any liability, in the event that You engage in any of the prohibited acts specified in the paragraph 2. or violates any regulations established by Kulture, including these Terms of Use.

Disclaimer

• In the event that Your posts, etc. are illegal or inappropriate (including when they fall under slander, libel, defamation, discriminatory words or actions, or leakage of personal information), Kulture does not owe an obligation to delete such posts, etc. or to secure opportunities for rebuttal or denial by You or the concerned parties, unless such obligation is expressly stated in applicable laws or regulations.
• You shall use the Server at Your own responsibility and expense, and Kulture shall not be liable for any act or omission made or posted by Your use of the Server, including but not limited to posts, etc. made or posted by You, or any results of such act or omission.
• You must resolve at Your own responsibility and expense complaints or claims received from a third party (including other Members, hereinafter the same) or disputes arisen with other Members or a third party, in connection with Your use of the Server, and We shall have no obligation to cooperate in resolving the disputes or to arbitrate the disputes.
• Kulture may, at its discretion, temporarily close or permanently terminate the Server as well as delete any made or posted contents including Your posts, etc. at any time without notice.
• These Terms of Use and the use of the Server are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan in priority to all applicable principles of conflict of laws. The parties agree that the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance with respect to any dispute regarding these Terms of Use or the Server.
• If an English version of these Terms of Use is prepared, that shall be prepared as a translation for reference purposes only. If there is any discrepancy between the Japanese version and the English version, the Japanese version shall prevail. The fact that Kulture has prepared an English version of these Terms of Use does not mean or imply that Kulture shall prepare English versions of other materials regarding the Server.
